Zushi | 8.8

If you’re a sushi lover and happen to be in Amsterdam, you should definitely check out restaurant Zushi. This restaurant offers a unique experience of choosing your sushi based on what you see, rather than what you read on a menu. It’s an exciting concept that allows you to visually select what you want to eat, making your dining experience more interactive.

As soon as you step into the restaurant, you’ll notice the clean and modern decor. The sushi bar is right in front of you, and you can watch the chefs expertly prepare your food. One thing that stands out at Zushi is how hygienic the chefs are. We witnessed the chef clean the kitchen at least three times during our two-hour meal.

The fish at Zushi is exceptionally fresh, and we particularly enjoyed the salmon sashimi, which melted in our mouths. We also tried the wagyu A3, and it was of good quality and cooked to perfection by the chef. The beef rolls, duck, and yellowtail sashimi were also delicious and worth a try.

The only criticism we had was that some of the sushi rolls were not as well-filled as we would have liked. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise great dining experience.

It is also really nice you can order individual sushi rolls and meat dishes to ensure the quality of your meal. This is an excellent feature as it allows you to have more control over your dining experience.

In summary, Zushi is a must-visit for sushi lovers in Amsterdam. The fresh fish, interactive dining experience, and high-quality ingredients make it a standout sushi restaurant in the city. I highly recommend trying it out!

Good to know: It is not an all you can eat restaurant.
