The Happy Bull | 9.4

If you’re a burger lover in Amsterdam, there are plenty of options to choose from. But if you’re looking for a place that serves delicious burgers at a good price, with a unique twist, then I highly recommend trying out my third favorite burger spot in the city.

This small restaurant called Happy Bull is tucked away in a more quiet corner of Amsterdam.. Once you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the mouth-watering aroma of sizzling burgers on the grill.

On my first visit, I was blown away by the quality of the burgers. They were cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right amount of spices. They also serve a great variety of diffent sauces, like hot sauces and smoked mayonaise which added a unique smoky flavor to the dish and was an absolute game-changer.

One thing to note is that this place can get quite busy, so it’s a good idea to make a reservation in advance. But let me tell you, it’s worth it. I’ve been here three times now and have never left disappointed.

While the burgers are the star of the show, The Happy Bulls also serves the best quesadillas I’ve ever had. They’re made with red cheddar, while I usually don’t like cheddar because of its fake taste, the red cheddar here was different. It had a more authentic and cheesy flavor that I really enjoyed. And of course, they come with homemade guacamole, which gets them some bonus points if you ask me.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet, be sure to try their freak shakes. They’re loaded with all sorts of delicious toppings. And if you’re a fan of customization, you’ll love all the different toppings you can choose from to make your burger truly your own.

All in all, my third favorite burger spot in Amsterdam, The Happy Bull is a hidden gem that’s definitely worth checking out. With great burgers, the best quesadillas, and fantastic shakes, it’s the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. Just be sure to make a reservation and come hungry!
