If you’re a sushi lover and you’re looking for a place to indulge in all the sushi you can eat,
Restaurant Tatsu is the place to be. This all you can eat sushi restaurant located in Haarlem, North Holland has quickly become my favorite sushi spot in the area. Tatsu offers two menu options: a regular menu and a deluxe menu. Although the deluxe menu costs about 5 euros more, it is definitely worth the extra cost. In fact, I almost exclusively order from the deluxe menu whenever I dine at Tatsu.
One thing to note is that the deluxe menu is only available during dinner time, so I would recommend visiting this restaurant in the evening if you want to take advantage of the full menu. The quality of the fish at Tatsu is quite good, and they offer a wide variety of refreshing rolls that are perfect for sushi lovers who are looking for a healthy and delicious meal.
One of my personal favorites from the deluxe menu is the tuna tataki roll. This roll is made with seared tuna and is topped with green onions, sesame seeds, and a tangy ponzu sauce. It’s both refreshing and filling, making it the perfect choice for anyone who is looking for a well-balanced meal.
Another standout roll from the deluxe menu is the rainbow roll. This roll is filled with crab, avocado, and cucumber and is topped with a variety of fresh fish, including salmon, tuna, and yellowtail. The combination of flavors and textures is simply amazing, making this roll a must-try for any sushi lover.
In addition to their delicious sushi, Tatsu also offers a variety of other Japanese dishes, including tempura, gyoza, and udon noodles. These dishes are all well-prepared and tasty, making Tatsu a great option for anyone who wants to try a variety of Japanese cuisine.
