One of the highlights of dining at Restaurant Selva is their cocktail menu, expertly crafted to complement the flavors of the dishes. During our visit, we had the pleasure of trying several cocktails recommended on the menu. Three of the four cocktails we tasted really enhanced the flavors of our meal and added an extra dimension to the dining experience. Our waiter, attentive and friendly, made sure our drinks arrived quickly, before we even had to ask for them.
As for the cuisine, Restaurant Selva has a diverse menu. Although all dishes were executed with finesse, there were a few standouts that left a lasting impression. The Aguachile, a vibrant dish of marinated scallops offered a refreshing burst of flavor. Even my friend, who is not a seafood lover, could appreciate the dish. The steak tartare, with its perfectly seasoned beef and delicate presentation, was a true testament to the chef’s skill. And let’s not forget the grilled squash, a surprising but delectable addition to our meal that showcased the chef’s creativity and commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Although the other dishes we tried were also delicious, not all of them reached the same level of excellence as the aforementioned highlights. Nonetheless, Restaurant Selva remains a top choice for those seeking an unforgettable dining experience in a sophisticated setting.
