One of the reasons why Ron Gastrobar is so popular among food overs is its unique take on traditional dishes. Ron Blaauw has a way of transforming classic dishes into something extraordinary, which is why the restaurant’s menu is always a delight to explore. But if there is one dish that I always order without fail, it’s the tacos. The combination of flavors and textures is just amazing.

The restaurant is spread across two floors, and on the second floor, they even have entertainment like a singer or someone playing piano, which elevates the dining experience to a whole new level, but I have to say it’s a bit strange if you’re dining at the first floor. You here music, but don’t see where it is coming from.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist customers with their needs. For example, I wanted a raw oyster which wasn’t on the menu, but I was still able to get it.
