If you’re planning a vacation to Zanzibar, then you’ll want to make sure you stop by Jambiani to check out Restaurant Rafiki’s Chickies. Before I even left for my vacation, I did some research on the restaurants in the area. When I stumbled upon Rafiki’s Chickies, I knew I had to try it out. I’m a big fan of chicken and this place seemed to have great reviews. It definitely did not dissapoint.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sound of some nice chill music playing in the background. The interior was really cool and well decorated, giving off a cozy and relaxed vibe. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and I felt right at home.
One thing that really stood out to me was the amazing service. We wanted to order some beer to go with our meal, but unfortunately, they were out of the one we wanted. However, one of the waiters didn’t hesitate to run to the supermarket to buy us some cold beer. This kind of attention to detail really impressed me and showed me how much the staff at Rafiki’s Chickies cared about their customers.
Now let’s talk about the food. I ordered a chapati with juicy chickend and my boyfriend ordered the chicken burger and they were both absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was juicy and tender. The burger was also filled with fresh vegetables, pineapple and a generous amount of sauce that added a nice kick of flavor.
You could even choose your own sauces to add some extra flavor to your dish.
Overall, I had an amazing experience at Rafiki’s Chickies in Jambiani. From the great service to the delicious food, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. It’s the perfect place to grab a bite to eat after a day of exploring the beautiful island of Zanzibar.
