If you’re looking for a hidden gem of a pizza restaurant, look no further than Pizza y pasta by Enzo in Costa Teguise on the beautiful island of Lanzarote. This small take-away spot may only have two seats, but it serves up some of the best pizza in town.
I recently had the pleasure of trying one of their pizzas, and let me tell you, it was an experience. I ordered the goat cheese, dates, and bacon pizza, and I was blown away by how perfectly balanced the flavors were. The sweetness of the dates paired perfectly with the tangy goat cheese and savory bacon, making for a truly delicious pizza.
The crust was crispy and thin, just the way I like it, and the toppings were piled on generously. I could tell that the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, which really made all the difference.
They give each pizza the care and attention it deserves. You can tell that the staff really take pride in their work and want each customer to have the best possible experience.
