When we think of the best pizza places, we often picture a fancy restaurant with an extensive menu, well-dressed waiters, and a lovely ambiance. However, the reality is often different. Sometimes, the best pizza places are hidden in unexpected locations, and this is precisely the case with Take away restaurant Pizza Regina.
Located at the train station of Taormina, Sicily, Pizza Regina is a delivery and take-away restaurant with only three tables upstairs. At first glance, it may not seem like much, and I have to admit that I did not expect much from this pizzeria. However, I was in for a pleasant surprise.
From the first bite, I knew that it was no ordinary pizzeria. The crust was crispy yet tender, and the toppings were fresh and delicious.
One of the things that stood out about Pizza Regina was the quality of the ingredients. The tomatoes were sweet and ripe, the mozzarella was fresh and creamy, and the toppings were of the highest quality.
Another thing that we appreciated was the price. The pizzas were reasonably priced, and the portions were generous. We ended up ordering three times during our vacation, and each time we were impressed by the quality of the pizza.
