Pita Queen | 7.9

When you’re feeling a bit off and your fridge is out of healthy options, ordering takeout can be a great solution. In my quest for a light and nutritious meal, I stumbled upon Pita Queen Zuid on Uber Eats, and I couldn’t resist giving it a try. Not only was the food affordable by Amsterdam standards, but I also discovered a range of more healthy and satisfying options that were perfect for my road to recovery.

After looking around on their website for a while, I chose the tuna sashimi. Something I really liked was the flexibility in choosing the presentation of the dish. I had the choice between a salad or a pita, and since I wanted something light, I went with the salad. What sets Pita Queen apart is their customization option. Not only can you choose between salads and pitas, but you also have the freedom to select your base. For my salad, I decided on the truffle couscous, which added a unique and indulgent twist to the dish. It was refreshing to have the opportunity to tailor my meal to my specific preferences.

When my salad from Pita Queen arrived, I was pleased to see that the presentation was appealing and the portion size was generous. The tuna sashimi was fresh and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the truffle couscous base. Each bite was a burst of delightful flavors and textures, leaving me feeling satisfied and content.

The combination of affordability, healthy options, and the ability to customize your meal makes it an attractive choice for anyone seeking a refreshing and nutritious takeaway experience in Amsterdam.
