Upon inquiry, the waitstaff seemed equally clueless. Additionally, during our second round of drinks, which we ordered along with our second round of food, they were inexplicably delayed. It took multiple reminders for our drinks to arrive, and unfortunately, they were delivered when we had already finished eating, causing a slight inconvenience.
Despite the service hiccups, the quality of the food at Gaja surpassed our expectations, making it a standout among other all-you-can-eat establishments. The flavors were robust, and the meats were cooked to perfection. The inclusion of both marinated and non-marinated options allowed us to personalize our dining experience and explore different taste profiles.
