Restaurant EIhorst is a lunch restaurant located in Alkmaar. I have been to Elhorst twice, once for a take-out sandwich during the coronavirus pandemic and once for an extensive lunch on the terrace. Both times, I had an extremely positive experience.
The first time I went to Elhorst, I ordered a take-out sandwich and found that the packaging was great. The sauce was packaged separately from the sandwich so that it wouldn’t make it soggy. The packaging itself was also visually appealing. It came in a cute box with a funny text.
On my second visit, I had an extensive lunch on the terrace. The restaurant has a wide variety of choices, with sandwiches that all have unique and original names. I also saw that the restaurant offers a sort of “tasting platter” with two sandwiches and a soup. I would highly recommend this option for anyone who wants to try a variety of different sandwiches.
