    • Wash your rice untill the water is fully transaparant
    • Add the amount of rice you want to prepare in cups and double the amount of cups filled with water. (For example, 1 cup of rice is 2 cups of water)
    • Put it on the stove on full heat and add the bouillon block and the fresh cilantro.
    • Once the water is boiling, put it on the lowest heat and let it cook for 12 minutes.
    • After 12 minutes, take it of the stove and let it rest with the lid on for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the Guacamole:
    • In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until creamy but still chunky.
    • Stir in diced red onion, minced garlic, jalapeno, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and diced tomato.
    • Season with salt to taste. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Chicken:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast with garlic powder, chili powder, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika powder, ginger powder, laos powder (if using), nutmeg powder, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
    • Stir in chipotle sauce to taste, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Remove from heat and set aside.

    • Divide the cilantro rice evenly among serving bowls.
