That’s exactly how I stumbled upon Boulevard in Amsterdam, a place that puts its own unique spin on poke bowls, brioche dogs, and sandwiches. My Experience:
I decided to try the Dutch Meatball Brioche Dog and the Fresh Salmon Dog to get a feel for both the hearty and lighter options.
- The Dutch Meatball Brioche Dog was rich, savory, and satisfying. The soft brioche complemented the juicy meatballs perfectly, making it a fun and flavorful bite.
- The Fresh Salmon Dog, while fresh and light, lacked a bit of flavor. I found myself wishing for a bit of wasabi mayo or another punchy sauce to enhance the taste. A small tweak in seasoning could take it from good to amazing!
