The charm of the restaurant is enhanced by its intimate setting, although the numerous BBQ grills can make it quite warm. Despite this, the ambiance remains cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for gathering with loved ones.

One of the highlights of AH-UN is its diverse menu. They serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and different cuts of (Wagyu) beef for grilling at your table. Additionally, they offer a selection of standalone dishes. Diners have the option to choose from pre-set menus or to create their own custom dining experience. We chose the latter, eager to sample a variety of dishes.

The quality of the food at AH-UN is impressive, and the dishes arrive at your table promptly. Our culinary adventure included Wagyu nigiri, Wagyu ribeye A5 BMS 12, garlic butter and chicken rice, and Wagyu premium ox tongue.
- Wagyu Nigiri: The Wagyu on the nigiri was incredibly tender, melting in your mouth with each bite.
- Wagyu Ribeye A5 BMS 12: This ribeye was a highlight, with its rich, buttery texture that practically dissolved on the tongue.
- Garlic Butter and Chicken Rice: This dish was bursting with flavor, complementing the richness of the Wagyu beef perfectly.
- Wagyu Premium Ox Tongue: While flavorful, we found the texture of the Wagyu ox tongue less appealing compared to regular beef tongue, which we typically enjoy.
Room for Improvement in Service
While the food quality was good, the service had its shortcomings. After our first round of dishes, it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. They seemed to disappear, only reappearing when it was time to pay the bill, which meant we couldn’t place orders for a second round of food. This lack of attention from the staff was a bit disappointing, as it affected the overall dining experience.
